In general, this "come and go style" fitness vacation is a combination of a "regular" vacation with a fitness program. There is no fixed daily routine allowing you to spend every day as you like! This is not a CrossFit retreat with a fixed daily program.

All it takes is a visit to CrossFit Wynwood to realize what’s different about them. The box is run by Bill Ohlsen (you may have heard of his son CrossFit Athlete Noah Ohlsen). He and his team make you feel welcome from the very first step you take into this authentic box.
They're not just a place where people come to work out separately, do their own thing with earbuds in, and go home. They are a community working towards becoming their best selves. The founding principles are health, fitness and accountability. At CrossFit Wynwood, members are supported through every stage of their fitness journey. CrossFit Wynwood also believes in helping the community through charity work and fundraising for local causes.
And, they also host some pretty fun social events at, and outside, the gym like the Grand Thanksgiving pot-luck or the epic Halloween Parties, a beach WOD/beach day or a backyard BBQ after the epic "Murph" challenge every Memorial Day. (Murph--1 mi. run, 100 pullups, 200 pushups, 300 air squats + another mile run).

WHAT IS PIT
Partner Interval Training (PIT) can help increase speed, power, endurance and metabolic rate, helping you burn fat faster. The combination of HIIT and resistance training produces more of an afterburn than steady state cardio for up to 21 hours post exercise you are burning fat.

After years of training professional athletes and A-list celebs, Manning developed a fitness system called Partner Interval Training P.I.T. ® that made professional-level fitness results accessible to everyone. This system has taken South Florida by storm. No Days Off is the driving philosophy behind the system, and it has grown into a movement that just keeps accelerating.
Look Forward to Yoga Classes (YO BK YOGA)
In addition to the CrossFit Wynwood program, this fitness vacation includes 2x yoga sessions, which take place on the yoga deck of your hotel.
Traditional Hot Yoga is a therapeutic style of Hatha Yoga from northern India consisting of 26 postures or "asanas" and two breathing exercises. It is a beginner's series taught in 60 or 90 minutes. Each pose is a challenge based on one's personal abilities. The postures are done in the safe environment of a heated room in order to relieve one's body resistance without risking injury.
This yoga series is strength-based. What makes this style unique is that rather than flowing through postures (one breath per motion), you spend time in postures for your body to strengthen and remember them. The postures are cardiovascular and will elevate your heart-rate to burn calories.
The beauty of this yoga is that it can be practiced by anyone--it’s safe for beginners and challenging for veterans. In the same class, you will find teenagers, professional athletes and seniors. As you increase strength, flexibility and balance in your body, you will be energized, you will revitalize your mind, and you will progress towards eliminating conditions of daily stress and fatigue.
